About The Reality Merchants:

We are the Reality Merchants, a small association of entrepreneurial gamers in and around the metro areas of Atlanta, GA and Portland, OR. Having long ago tired of the traditional Hack’n Slash Save-The-Princess and Destroy-The-Bad-Dudes games, we decided that the best idea for the future of gaming as we know it is to conquer it with our own off-kilter ideas and beliefs. Our games will appeal to those of you who are sick of the Norm, for that is just what we are - sick gamers - and we know there are more like-minded folk out there who just might enjoy such concepts. Our very first release is a LARP(read: Loud-Ass Ro-playin’) called Streetwise, which made its debut at Dragoncon 2001, and has continued there off and on ever since. We have several other projects in the works, games of all sorts, but we’ll keep them hush-hush for now. About This Blog:

I (Nathanael) use this blog primarily as a means of updating folks about the goings-on with our games. However, due to my nature as an avid gamer of all games big and small, I will also post things about gaming in general, including other games not part of the the Reality Merchants lineup, and maybe even the occasional post about goings-on in videogame land.
